LIS 2025 TERMS AND CONDITION

Treasure Unravelled respects your information and privacy, so we are writing this notification in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which took effect on May 25, 2018.

The privacy policy and regulation of Treasure Unravelled’s event include the following:

TU (Treasure Unravelled) will honour the privacy and confidentiality of our contestants without sharing any information about contestants with others
TU agrees to carry out the competition free and fair without any form of favouritism.
The participant must maintain open communication with TU, including phone, written and/ or email correspondence before and after the grand finale.
The participant agrees to allow TU the right to obtain photographs, DVDs and Video recordings of the events for further purpose with or without permission /compensation from them.
The participant will be responsible for any cost relating to their participation in the TU gospel talent hunt.
The winner will get N5,000,000, a single record + one year promotion. 2^nd place N2,000, 3^rd place N1,000 while contestants at 4th and 5th position will be given consolation prizes at the discretion of TU.
The contestant agrees that TU has no liability to them if they are unable to attend or take part in the competition and may at anytime be disqualified from the competition.
TU reserves the right to amend the rules based on circumstances and to disqualify any contestant at any time, if deemed to be acting outside the rules and regulation.
Talking with or contacting judges before or during the event is unethical and it may result to disqualification.
The contestant must report to all interviews, meetings, practice sessions, calls and photo sessions when requested.
The participant agrees to observe all procedures and rules and obey all instructions given by a member of the TU in relation to the event and management of the location.
The winner of the competition agrees to be available for appearances and promotions connected to the competition and TU events.
Contestants under 18 years of age must participate only by the consent of their parents or legal guardian(s). A parent/ legal guardian must be present at all events if contestant(s) are under 16 years of age.
Contestants under 18 years of age must have their parents or legal guardian sign this document.
